Product Introduction

The ETS-T50 AXE is a high-performance CPU cooler with a cooling capacity up to 250W TDP and leading innovative technologies.

The asymmetric design with five 6 mm heat pipes with the Heat Pipe Direct Touch technology ensures a quick heat transfer and allows the installation of high RAM modules.

The cooler is equipped with a 12cm ENERMAX fan with patented DFR ™ (Dust Free Rotation) technology. By spinning in reverse at full speed for 10 seconds at the start, the fan reduces dust accumulation.

The 360° rotatable Air Guide directs the airflow behind the cooler to quickly release the hot air from the system.

The patented Pressure Differential Flow (PDF) Design pushes the air through a conical channel, improving the air flow and increasing the cooling performance by up to 15%.

The ETS-T50 AXE is available in two versions. The ETS-T50 AXE with D.F.Pressure fan for pure cooling performance and The ETS-T50 AXE with Vegas Trio fan, equipped with the patented circular LED frame with a total of 36 LEDs (red, green, blue) providing incredible light effects.

Dust Free Rotation™ Technology

DFR™ (Dust Free Rotation) Technology*
The patented technology DFR ™ allows the fan to remove automatically the dust from the fan blades.
After starting the PC, the fan spins in reverse at full speed removing all the dust.
After that it will shift back to the normal operation mode.

*Please note: Automatic LED self-testing will be activated during DFR mode (only ETA-T50A-BVT).

Vortex Generator Flow Design – Small spoilers on the fins, the so-called Vortex generators, conduct the air close along the heat pipes. Much more fresh air can be transferred to the heat pipes increasing the overall cooling performance.

DUST FREE ROTATION™ TECHNOLOGY

Dust Free Rotation™ Technology

The patented DFR ™ helps to increase the product lifetime by reducing dust accumulation and therfore increses the cooling performance.
The fan reverse spins after starting to remove accumulated dust from the fan blades.
After 10 seconds it returns to normal operation.

VORTEX GENERATOR FLOW (VGF)

		Vortex Generator Flow (VGF) - patented Vortex generators are applied in aviation industry. They make sure that the air stream is lead as close as possible along the airplane’s wings. During the CPU cooler development, the Enermax engineers recognized the potential of this technology to optimize the air stream inside the heat sink: Small spoilers on the fins, the so-called Vortex generators, conduct the air close along the heat pipes. Much more fresh air can be transferred to the back of the heat pipes.

HEAT PIPE DIRECT TOUCH (HDT)

		Heat Pipe Direct Touch - Patented With the Heat Pipe Direct Touch technology the heat pipes rest directly on the CPU. The advantage against a base plate is the faster tansfer of heat without any additional resistance.

TWISTER BEARING TECHNOLOGY

		Patented Twister Bearing Technology The bearing shaft is fixed to the rotor. When you turn the fan on, a small magnet inside the bearing holds the shaft in position. The convex surface of the base reduces the frictional resistance and ensures a quiet and smooth fan rotation. The sleeve is made from a self-lubricating material and prevents the bearing from draining and corrosion. That way, Enermax guarantees an exceptionally long lifetime of up to 160,000 hours (MTBF). Another useful feature of the Twister fans is the “Click Mechanism”. By pressing the rear side of the blades, you can detach the rotor and clean it from dust. CIRCULAR LED LIGHT

		Patented Circular LED Light The CPU cooler is equipped with a Vegas Trio LED fan. ENERMAX patented LED technology creates striking light effects and achieves extraordinary bright colors. The LED ring is made of 36 LED diodes in red, green and blue. The Vegas Trio comes with 5 seperatly adjustable color mode: Blue, red, green, all three colors and off. Each color come with 3 autoplaying lighting effects: Sparkle, All-on and Flash.

The ETS-T50A-DFP is equipped with a 12cm Enermax D.F. Pressure fan designed for use on CPU coolers. The fan has 9 fan blades with special High Pressure Blade Design for extreme high static pressure. The integrated APS function allows you to choose from three RPM ranges: Ultra Silent Mode 800 - 1.000 RPM / Silent Mode 800 - 1,500 RPM / Performance Mode 800 - 2.000 RPM.
