Since December 1st 2008 Enermax adjusted its operating strategy for UK market, Enermax would mainly concentrate on the marketing and brand promotion while the regular business operations would be handled by the authorized general distributor, named C&J Computers. Our general distributor is responsible for product selling & delivery (to distributor, retailer and online shops), product support, warranty and after-sales service.
All former Enermax's UK customers can approach C&J Computers for RMA and warranty service.
All end customers generally should approach their original dealer for any RMA request. If the dealer does not exist anymore, you can also use the RMA form provided on the C&J Enermax RMA website:
Original invoice or copy of invoice including purchasing date, model name and complete company data of the dealer including the tax number or VAT ID is indispensable and has to be included when sending in for RMA service. The information provided must be complete and clearly readable. RMA requests without invoice or copy of original invoice will be definitely rejected.
