Product Introduction

The Revolution SFX power supply series brings Enermax technology to a small form factor. The PSU uses high quality components like Japanese 105°C capacitors and DC-to-DC technology to achieve the 80 PLUS® Gold efficiency. Unlike most other SFX PSU's the Revolution SFX is available with up to 650W. With this wattage it can power even the latest high-end graphics cards making it the best choice for compact gaming systems.

Support of EU Eco-Design Regulations
The Revolution SFX Series helps systems to meet the EU eco-design directive ErP Lot 6 2013 (< 0.5W in standby mode*) due to a high-efficient 5V standby (+5Vsb) circuitry as well as the EU regulation no. 617/2013 demanding amongst others 85% efficiency at 50% load and 82% at 20% and 100% load.

Stability

DC-to-DC Design
The secondary voltages (+5V and +3.3V) are generated by the primary voltage rail (+12V). Positive effect: Higher efficiency, clean output voltages (low ripple & noise) and a perfect voltage regulation at all loads.

Cooling

Compact Cooling Design
The integrated 8cm fan with long lasting bearing technology ensures efficient and continuously silent cooling within limited space.
Smart Semi-fanless Design
The semi-fanless design enables a completely silent operation below 30% load. Exceeding this limit stats the automated fan control regulating the RPM to to provide the opimal cooling with low noise level.

SFX Form Factor

The SFX formfactor was develpoed to provide a standard PSU size for small systems. The Revolution SFX keeps this standard with the size of 100mm width, 125mm depth and 63.5mm height. Included in the delivery Enermax provides an ATX adaptor for installing the PSU in larger cases.

Semi-fanless Design

The semi-fanless design allows a completely silent 0 dB(A) operation up to 30% load providing optimal conditions for silent and multi media systems. Above 30% load the automated fan control starts, keeping the PSU cool and quiet. Enermax uses a 80mm fan with lasting bearing technology for the Revolution SFX series to ensure the best cooling within limited space.

Full-modular Cable Mangement

The Revolution SFX is equipted with a fully modular cable management ensures easy mounting within small m-ATX cases. The black flat cables not only save space but also improve the air flow with less surface.
